Reinforced plastic concrete formwork features as follows:

1. About 80 recycles of use;

2. High cost-performance ratio, the cost of manufacturing the plastic formwork is 20%-30% of that of steel and bamboo formwork;

3. The products can be 100% recycled;

4. Stock size:1220mmx2440mm;

5. Best impermeability, no delamination, could be used on both sides;

6. Excellent mechanical property, 

7. Smooth surface and good effect of demolding;

8. Addition of abrasion resistant materials on surface to increase the abrasion resistance;

9. Dark color to absorb ultraviolet ray, and retard ageing of plastics;

10. Thermal insulation with good temperature retention.

Precautions for processing the reinforced plastic formwork:

1. The alloy saw blade shall be used for cutting(Diameter: 10-12 inch,teeth:100-120);

2. In case of connection with timber, the guiding hole with electric drill is necessary;

3. In case of welding, water the surface of the formwork to avoid burning the surface by the large welding slag;

4. No need for any mold release agent before each use, but the formwork surface shall be cleaned after use;

5. Storing and stacking: after each construction, they must be stacked regularly on the flat ground for the next use
